I applied for this job December last year and they said anyone they employ will start with immediate effect in January...I didn't hear from them so I got a job in a neighboring state and I relocated. Now my Referee called me that he has been contacted for recommendation letter from the first organization, does this means I got the job or what? I did not do any test or interview |

There are organizations that do operate like that. Probably, your CV and skills/experience was outstanding from the other applicants. Your referee just need to confirm that you are the right fit for the job. Note: Wait for their call before you say jack at your present work place. 1 Like |
