Prominent northern traditional rulers, including the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar III; Alhaji Shehu Idris, the Emir of Zazzau and the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammad Sanusi, were at the convocation of the University of Abuja on Saturday.
