The fact that it hasn't affected you so far doesn't mean it's not affecting others, my advice to you is try and father a child on time(if you want one) before it's too late

It is not just worth it risking ones life these days with the loose morality out there in the open, nowadays one can set out of the house promising to get a girl to sleep with and he will surely get one. It cuts across even some of the married ones are the worst harbingers of diseases known and unknown. So for me it is not only the known diseases that can affect a mans sex life but the fear of the person you are doing it with because you never know who and who and who and how they have been in there.

Thanks, I have an Old man who have been suffering from Diabetes for the past 14 years,he has been on medication since then,he is being treated with Insulin ,been injecting this for the past 14 years,sometimes he might inject 23unit,if luck fell on him,he might inject 16unit,some days 40unit,
Recently his big toe started swelling up due to the rise in his blood sugar ,yes according to his doctor, Remember, sometimes after medical checkup on his sugar level,it might be 134-140 sometimes ,84 below par but haven't experienced this swollen toe.(the big left toe )

I have asked him to change his mode of medication from syringe ,if its possible to convert that injection to ordinary medicine he will be drinking with Water.

what's the cause of this recent swollen Big toe on the left leg,?why does he experience itching of the legs ?

but he has no bp.

My brother, please I beg you, if you love this old man kindly take him to a very good hospital that are specialist in treating/ caring for diabetics patients. once a part of their leg starts swollen, it calls for alarm. I lost my dad two weeks ago to diabetes and total heart failure, still crying bro. Few weeks ago, his two legs were swollen before he finally passed on. Pls treat your old man's case as VERY URGENT to avoid stories that touch. Thanks
