You have Carter Bridge, Eko bridge, Third Mainland bridge. Each of these connect between Lagos Island and Mainland.

olodo, eko bridge is first, carter bridge is second.

I know the 3rd Mainland bridge is the one we all take from Victoria Island straight to either Yaba or Oworonshoki and the government is planning on building a new 4th Mainland bridge. OP can you please tell us where this 2nd Mainland bridge is located? We learn everyday o.

That looks like Naval hardware to me...As for the uniforms, any arm of the military may wear similar looking fatigues on such an exercise....
