Just google how to reset the phone. However, turn off the phone hold the volume up and power button, it'll go into recovery mode. Simply follow the instructions then.

bro thank for your corncern ..i don google .i don watch youtube tired stil i no fit format am if i press volume up and power button wetin i go see next na no command na there i go hang put i try the other method volume down and power button the phone no go even boot enter recovey the phone go just on i don do all wetin i see for google and youtube stii i no fit formar i just tired

U don't need to do dat anymore. Just go to ur settings ,scroll down to backup and reset, click on it and ur fone will format. But make sure u back up important data on ur fone to memory card 1st so u don't loose all ur data.

pls bro i just follow your link and root my tecno l8 plus but the problem am facing is i cant see super user and i cant delete the king root after rooting am think cus wen i want to install root checker to confirm the root i mistakely install king root again is that the reason why i cant delete the kingroot app again.i saw one app again purify can i delete dat too without affecting the root

That's not my case. Mine is that sometimes though rarely my l8+ will go off and wen it finally comes on, it will take abt 20 minutes to boot 100%. What's the problem guys.
