Do a little research. Cold sores are internal to the mouth, usually on the gums. That herpes sore (fever blister) is usually on the outside.

TTT, TBoss, Uriel, Kemen and Bally were safe. Others weren't safe and have to do the tasks below, as instructed and shared by the HOH, to be safe, which they agreed to:
1)Efe will massage the housemate with the smelliest feet legs(Kemen's to be precise)
2)Marvis will wear her cloth inside out
3)Bisola should only communicate through singing till the next buzz
4)Debie is to clean everybody's shoes
5)Bassey is to wear Uriel's underwear throughout the day
