Please can you mention 1km road Okowa has done in Warri. Just 1 km road he has renovated in Warri. Name the road and I will go there today and snap it and put here.

Uduaghan was bad. Okowa is terrible. A catastrophic failure. All the street lights Uduaghan put in Warri have been off for 2 years. If Okowa continues like this, Delta would be deserted in 2 years.

The man is complaining that there is no money and yet Wike is constructing roads left right and center.
