Criteria: you must live close to Ikeja,Lagos
Age: between 20 - 25 years of age.
Skills: PHP, Codeigniter, JavaScript, CSS

I can't work as a developer fully employed for less than 250k /month.

It's okay if one is just starting and wants to work for experience tho .

Else, its not usually worth it.
