Recently a friend of mine got a land which he want to use for a full time farming, fishing, poultry and processing factory. Lucky for him, he got a land of about 33 plot, for the cost of ten million naira (10million). 30km from the city of abuja, and 10km from keffi. Please nairaland family we been your advice should he got for the land or is too expensive.

It's never about what it looks like now..... He doesn't see sand and shrubs. He see structures. Kudos to him. It's a bit expensive sha but it's around abuja so it's cool. He wud get good value later on

Thanks boss, in the same area a plot is sold between 200k-400k.

Expert on land survey please come Nd evaluate the value of this land.
