& what is the role of hardcore in foundations? u think hardcore determines strutural stability in foundation?

people no longer use plank for decking,we are in the new age,mbf as it is fondly called is what is in vogue now. It gives you smooth job and and can re-use it again and again

you are are making a mistake.
the foundation was 3feet 6inches deep and nothing less than 6 couches of block was used. so I don't get you.
like I said this is a dry land and the foundation footing was solid.

thanks for the comment, but I had to made do with what is available.
moreover cost is a driving factor, cos I still needed to sell off the woods after 21days of curing

this structural drawing for the building recommended 45pillars well distributed to carry the load of the building.
as per the filling used.- red laterite sand was used and well compacted.
so wahala no dey
