Ur property is expensive at 13.5 million or 18 million in lakowe. At Bogije a few miles away properties are being sold at 1 million naira per plot so why should I buy urs ?

the same reason why some properties in the free trade zone area(even though farther) is even costlier than some in your bogije.
location differs.

the lakowe golf course environment is for only those who can afford it. it is a bourgeois environment, not for everybody.
please find out how much land is sold in the golf course.

besides the greater the title, the costlier the property
