President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe Monday discussed the issue of North Korea's launch of ballistic missiles, which Washington and Tokyo to pay for an emergency meeting of the Security Council request, according to a US official she said.

But when America takes action, you would see it as destabilizing global peace.
America exercises Restraint, you call them cowards and all talk- no action, America responds with overwhelming power and force you call them agent of global chaos.
