My fellow Nairalanders,Nigeria education as we all know is in a sorry state and it is so bad wen schools that are meant 2 be d nation pride is a source of embrrassement 4 d nation..Unilag geoscience post graduate programme has been a source of sorrow to d students since d inception of the programme..The first set of full time students for msc geophysics and geology was admtd 4 years ago...None of these students has convocated,same with the second set,the third set spent a year to run a semester..am nt sure if dey have resumed 4 the second semester...Yet these same dept is allowed 2 admit new students..The students have wrote several letters 2 d Pg school,VC,HOD none of which is productive...Mods pls move 2 d frontpage..we need 2 save oda people from dis scam called Msc..Nigerians beware.

After spending all the money, time and resources? Them just need chill pill

NUC alone can make a better resolution in this case...... OP thanks for this thread! Dis school actually on my list for M.Sc program
