The United States government have issued a statement revealing that Nigerians are not banned from entering US. White house revealed this in a statement dated 6th march, noting that Nigerians with valid visas don’t need to postpone or cancel their travel to the United States. “there’s no prohibition against Nigerian lawful permanent residents or persons with a valid visa or other U.S. Government authorisation from entering the United States.” The clarification followed conflicting reports from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Senior Special Assistant to Nigeria’s President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Honourable Abike Dabiri-Erewa warning Nigerians against traveling to US http://nghubs.com/no-travel-ban-against-nigeria-us-govt/

Nigeria in spite of our internal challenges is too strategic to be mess with or snob by any country in the world. I don't care how big politically or economically the country in question. If Nigeria cries most African countries will shed tears. |

Aufbauh:Nigeria is nothing but full of shit, for your info, nobody gives a rat's ass about the country. Keep being deluded and continue massaging your over inflated ego, travel from here to another country and see how u will be treated with suspicion like a common criminal. |

ovadozes:Boy don't rubbish what you don't understand. I know where you're coming from and can rightly feel your frustration as an aggrieved irredentist. But you need some exposures and some lessons in world political history. It is instructive to note that perceptions of citizens of a country is a different ballgame to the perception of capability and capacity of the same country in terms of strategic alliances. |

Aufbauh:Man...it is good to have faith in your country, whatever global political or economic influence a country has rubs off on the citizens, take America for example, nobody or country messes with her citizens because u re gonna pay for it, thats why wherever they go they are treated with respect, can u say that about Nigeria? Even in Africa where we claim to be a local champion of sort. Pray, tell me what influence do we have globally?? |
