The border issues must be resolved first before any other thing or else they risk conflagration of crisis among those living in the areas. Anambra started the exploration but the lands doesn't belong to them exclusively so the 3 states should join hands and sign an agreement as a joint business venture. Let's employ diplomacy and tact in solving issues of grave concern.

The reps can't make such calls if the states don't produce oil, now you recognized that Anambra State is oil producing State but can you tell why they have not been accorded with due recognition for many decades? Chronic disdain you know? Now Simply because the original owners of the land and property have decided to go back to their land of inheritance they suddenly remembered they oil producing States. The wickedness is excess. But I can tell them they woke up late.

There is no Oil field where Oil is "flowing like water" and I can not imagine your access to any of these oil field if you do not have the necessary security clearance to visit them.

Try to always ask questions to know.oil flows with high pressure inside pipes that are connected to flow stations.yes,of course,you have to seek permission to visit these locations,unless you works there.

96% of the OML 915 & OML 916 falls within Anambra state territory. The remaining 4% is under dispute by Kogi and Enugu states. Orient Petroleum Plc is currently producing petroleum ONLY within Anambra state boundary, so I don't understand why Kogi and Enugu states want to be declared OIL PRODUCING states. What kind of wicked envy is this?

What does altitude have to do with exploration?

oil is underground. The higher you are, the thicker the layer of earth is between you an the oil. The lower you are, the closer you are to the oil. Rivers State, Delta, Awka Ibom, Imo State have oil, and are low altitude, drilling is cheap and easy. Enugu has oil, high altitude, drilling is more expensive and difficult.

Commercial quantity = the oil you can extract effortlessly enough to meet market rate. So if it cost you 500 to get a bottle of oil in Rivers, can you get a bottle of oil in Enugu for the same if you're doing more work to get it?
