It kinda covers some part of computer science, you deal with java programming in your second year and mostly c++ till finals but the major difference is the electronics part and telecommunication. mind you, physics is also involved.

Obviously NO...IT students don't pay to work in companies...BUT there αяє some exceptions...a situation whereby a student couldn't secure placement in an industry/company...he can apply to an organization or Training centres that give knowledge or train students in a particular field...organizations/training center as such collect money to train уσυ and directly the training will be ur IT...Industrial Training...!!!
