It's doesn't make any sense how can they pay 100,000 package, when they just start on 6th March and displayed payment is on 9th of March. Well I believe they should pay those package on the long payment roll first so that they can reinvested hence it will encourage participants but if not then.......

The 100k package has conditions attached, which will make participants to open smaller packages in order qualify. So, I think it will ripple into paying off some backlogs. The 100k is very fast, so I believe people are opening lower ones to acquire units.
