For nearly two weeks GTB mobile 737 token not working, I have been sending request using PIN and ATM required numbers yet "an error occurred" keep coming up. Pls advise as my black hardware token was damaged by rain |

It has never worked for me also, just kept charging N10 only for the system to say invalid code. Just find time and get another hardware token, GTB queue can be very frustrating though. |

mindfreaks:Can you withdraw using ATM? if you can't, please call their customer care. I had the same issue and by the time I called I found out I had BVN issues (BVN portal had my picture but not my name). Still been sorted out and till then I can't have access to my funds |

you need to have airtime on your simcard for it to work. |
