40, Moderate, almost all over my body.

Thing is this, excessive body hair / hirsutism if not caused by drugs you are taking are usually of systemic origin, meaning effective treatment has to do with treating the cause of the problem(commonly excessive testosterone &, low thyroid hormone levels which can be confirmed by tests) .
Other than that, there is no specific drug that we can say "take this, it would cure your hair problem".
If you have money, electric depilation is the way to go. That's a big "if".

Funny thing is that it's not even available in Nigeria. But the hair couldn't be that bad na. Weekly Waxing and shaving may be just ok.
