PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari this morning resumed work at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu had on Sunday disclosed that the President needs a slow resumption of duty, following his return to the country from a medical vacation abroad.

Featuring on an interview with Arise News Network, on Sunday, Shehu said Buhari will not resume work in a “dramatic way” because he has been away from the country for over 50 days and he needs to get into the “temperature of the place.”

But Mallam Garba and his principal's spokesmen, Mr Femi Adesina were sighted heading for the president's office at 10.40am apparently to brief their boss.
The Chief of Staff to the President, Alhaji Abba Kyari, went to the president's office at 10.55am.

The president arrived his office at about 11.00am.
