I strongly believe that everything (the over 2 plots of land, the foundation used, the quality of tiles and the interior decorations, other finishings, the framed structure itself with the right concrete mix, the landscaping, etc)about that structure is close to 1billion or more than.

It is not impossible. My argument has been that we can not just strongly believe something without evidence . If you are into real estate, properties etc and you say the property is worth even N3bn I will strongly believe you

You cannot argue from the point of a non professional or Someone without prior detailed information on the cost and expect that we should strongly believe you.

That house is not up to N1.5billion i can argue this anywhere.
If you know what is 500million naira not to talk of 1.5billion naira you wont be saying this.

Very soon one mumu blogger wud put up a writeup with pics and tag it psquares private jet worth 100billion maira.
Musicians are rich no doubts but its hard to see musicians who climb up to that billionaire status.

The house is fine no doubts, buying a plot of land in banana island is also expensive mo doubt but that house wasnt built with 1.5billion naira.

Arguing from the point of a non professional? .... the estimated cost is not only the building alone...don't you get it?... they must have included the cost of land too.... the building itself might cost up to 500mil but when you add the cost of over 2 plots of land in that area and the fencing work it might get up to a billion

Let's go back to basics. Who valued the property at N1.5bn? A blogger? Or a property professional?

The owners know how much they spent to fully erect that, don't you think they must have given out the information? ...... Whether they lie about it or not, but if you're experienced in the construction industry then you can give a guess about the likely cost....Remember, the cost is not just the building alone.....go to banana island and price a plot of land then you'll agree with me that most persons that bought a plot of land there can erect a structure worth over 300mil. And that building occupies close to 2 plots or more.

I don't think the post indicated that the owners claimed the property was worth N1.5bn.

No one is doubting that the property is expensive. But it is only the blogger that claims it is worth N1.5bn. Not the owners and not a property professional who has valued it.
