The problem is not because u listen to music all the time, u use fake earpiece and probably the volume is also too high. Visit a hospital.

Over use and improper use of the headset could be the major cause. It stimulates more wax production than normal which could clog up the narrow ear canal.
If you're down south, with the onset of rains, so is the prevalence of middle ear infections. Otitis media.

Madam you mean it's still blocked up till now?
Go to the hospital dear, an instrument would be used to look into it to localise the problematic area .
Then it would either be washed or the wax would be manually removed.
