I am surprised that no one seems to notice the content of that tweet by Jersey Sarprise. Apparently, he was the man who served as the "cleaner" for Uganda police's dirty acts against defenceless civilians. African policemen are mostly heartless and see themselves as gods. Rest in peace, though.
