I can stake my life there is nowhere else in this universe where criminals are celebrated as m check as they are in Nigeria.
NOT the whole of Nigeria.

In some area, the stigma will be on their family name forever but in another area, it is celebration galore

FREE THIS GUY ABEG! What about others who are still walking about scot free? Abi you want me to mention names.....
The topic is about Ibori and not others. You can start your own thread to discuss and name the others if you care, that's your problem, but this is about ibori.

I don't even get the warped mentality that says you can not talk abut crooks, criminals, and ex-convicts just because other people are also stealing your money.

Common, take it easy.

Constitutionally, once you have served the punishment from your crime, you are considered to have paid the price for your action. Make the man no get life again because he broke the 13th Commandment ?

He, who has not sinned, Let him cast the first stone - Jesus, Founder of Christianity.
stop that nonsense...he is a theif not fit to be in the society of noble people...it's this your kind of simplistic thinking that's ruining the Country

If you know anyone calling Ibori names, check the lives of their families.... You'll see a full definition of FAILURE.

My advice:

Never insult people who have already made HISTORY; you may not even make a STORY in the whole of your lifetime.
It's a milestone apart between a history maker and notoriety makers and peddlers.
No?

Kindly identify your State of Residence or Origin when commenting, because I haven't seen Deltans complaining about this guy, Not even those in opposition parties. Like someone said, he was convicted for his crimes and has served his punishment, please let him live his life at least.

I see Ibori coming back to hold public office again. You know Nigeria is such a failed state that they celebrate thieves above men of integrity.
Imagine an ex-convict making public appearances with police escorts and without shame.

To be candid, Nigerians are the biggest hypocrites in the world, asisde that we are also very ignorant and arrogant. We come online and spew trash everyday. And as you said, who amongst us has not sinned in whatever capacity I add. And I also add, if one gets the chance to be a gov or president, will that person be a saint? only Jesus can do his job without blemish. They come online, with hatered, tribalistic tendencies and insults everyday. But in their own small corner are worse when no one is looking. I just wonder how the next generation of Nigerian youths will fail so badly.

Your brains have been wired to accept anything less that comes, your rights to liberty and to live have been threatened in Nigeria by your dirty politicians and robbing pastors. I understand why you have been humbled and helpless.

What happened to RESTITUTION?
What of the youths deprived of jobs because he took the money for building schools, clinics, roads, water and electricity utilities all for himself?
Is that not important?

So only the thieves jailed in the UK should not be celebrated?
Those who steal and clearly spend more money than their legitimate earnings should be celebrated?
What a warped logic.

Since you know that spitting on the country won't make things better, please reflect on what will and how you can be involved in the process.
