Somebody shared this site (www.stablevault.com) in one of my whatsapp groups. I decided to check the who is(http://www.whois.com/whois/stablevault.com) and discovered that the domain is not protected(all details are shown publicly). Please how can I report this person?

Note: I don't do ponzi schemes. I just hate scammers..
