The only thing Willian has on Pedro is stamina and physical presence against some team like Tottenham.

that is why I don't see him as a failure, every team needs to have someone like willian. He doesn't offer much goals, but always deliver when called upon..

I think his shooting skills has been improving, if you can notice he takes more shot in the Box like he rarely do.
