Your point does not still stand because he was never Vice President, but I agree that he was later pardoned for coup plotting so he had his benefits as a Lt Gen restored.

Rear Admiral AA Madueke (Deziani's husband) was also amongst the first set of graduands. PMB couldn't have been here as he had joined the Army before NDA was commissioned in 1962.

IBB started the trend of making the CGS be called Vice President. He did so to Admiral AA Aikhomu of blessed memory. Lt Gen Diya gets the same benefits and treatment that is accorded to former Vice Presidents like Alex Ekuweme and Atiku so technically he was a Vice President.

so u were not in naija when Gen. Diya was given state pardon and restored all his lost benefits by Dr. JONATHAN? Passing out of NDA doesn't give you PSC. You only get commissioned as an officer.

To get PSC, you go to command and staff college which is a middle-officer's course
