Mostly I start with none favourite teams... Ac milan, Atletico madrid, spurs.... and try and build massive team in two-three years to come...

You dont even assign "roles" to your tactics...lol...ur midfielders are on automatic role..

The seria B has kicked off, but with the squad weaker after the departure of 3key players and the inability to register 2 more due to over 21 rules. I had to find Under 21 talent. So out went Salvi and Francesco Ripa on loan. I bought a defender, Valjent and A leading striker, Donnarumma!!! With a midfielder, Kastanos on loan from juventus . We qualified for the Italian Super Cup. The game has just begun.

Here's how the squad looks like now with transfer, and yes, sandomenico was made captain, a real force last season, with montalto as his Vice.
We still need depth in the squad though, atleast we now have a transfer budget of £1.3million pounds!
But loan deals might be the best to go for right now...

I do, but I left the midfielders on auto cause they are not really stars, and I dont want a case where one will Lag behind. Cause they are the backbone of my formation.

Besides its working, my squad is better now, currently topping the seria A, and I have Zach clough and james wilson now.
