Heyllo ma'am, it's nice to have you come by and I sincerely appreciate your commendation.

Concerning preservation for your Zobo drink, there are quite a lot of preservatives I would suggest for you to you but certain things have to be put into consideration.

Sodium benzoate will help but too much of it isn't too healthy.

Cetric acid is also a good idea but longevity of your product is what I can't guarantee.

In all, the citric acid is a better idea as it is safer for consumption.

You may also want to consider some other organic (natural) preservatives if you are not looking at long days.

Anytime ma'am. Ok, let's go with lime orange. I think I've suggested that for someone here before.

More also, don't forget to reduce the number of hands involved in the production or be very sure hands are properly washed and everything used rinsed properly to avoid contamination.

Sir i know its not easy typing as well as responds to questions,some already answer before,meanwhile by asking already answered question you get draw back a little.
Base on this,i think it will do alot of good if you can do an e book that will take of all possible question and answer,so that some of us that are coming on board newly will be able to have no point taken you back.
I believe with this,time spending on each topic will be minimize
stress for you to spent to type, to answer same question severally will be eliminated

Well, since we are looking at cutting down price or cost of production in order to maximize profit, the question is guagum cheaper than nitrosol or other thickener you are currently using?

I will recommend the use of CDEA for some good reasons. I won't be talking more on that here since we are not meant to discus anything in book here except the things treated here.
