The captital of Britain has tumbled down the rankings of the world's most expensive cities the the list released this year, thanks to a drop in the pound after the Brexit vote


London has tumbled down the rankings of the world's most expensive cities as the fall in Sterling since the Brexit vote made it more internationally competitive.

The capital fell from the 6th most expensive place to live last year to the 24th in 2017, its lowest point in 20 years.

Manchester fell 25 places more than any other city in the world.
