I think the car was given to him na dmaybe others by the former president for his contributions towards his campaign. The current one came, realised what had happened and declared the cars missing.

I doubt he stole it, na former presidential connection things.

I remember then when Otunba Gbenga Daniel of Ogun state sold almost all the vehicles in the govt. house before leaving office to the civil servants who could afford it.....
