why not take it one step/task at a time. that way you can easily account for what you've cover and what's left... worry makes the soul sick, you should avoid it at all cost.
try listening to music that lifts your soul...

Thanks a lot,just that I don't listen to music, like lots of exams,how do I go about it all,and lack of preparation
if not music maybe a hobby or some form of sport or reading, just to clear your mind... lack of preparation? though the odds might be strongly stacked against you but you should come up with a timetable for all your subjects and diligently adhere to it, also ensure you rest sufficiently else you might not get the best result from your effort(reason why some go blank during exams)
