I am asking this because it is obvious that Buhari has no WASC or any academic qualifications for that matter that will fulfil the constitutional requirements for contesting the office of the President.

If so will Buhari be dusting up his obvious perjury affidavit and submitting same in his INEC form come 2019?

I believe Buhari will still submit his false affidavit in place of any relevant academic qualifications because he simply has none and unlike that rascal aregbesola who had to retrieve his fake engineering degree in place of waec as his highest qualification to INEC, Buhari does not have that luxury since he can't submit anything less than his phantom wasc.

So are we to expect Buhari submitting for the 5th time in a row a false affidavit in his INEC declaration form?
