Don't compare Nigeria & US there's different cultures & tradition between both ... in Africa it's abnormal to name dog the name of highly respected person and if any one of you thinks it's right here in Africa try to name a dog your surname or your own name.

Don't get it wrong. Pmb never answered that guy. It was his neighbor whose surname is Buhari that sued him to court because they allegedly had misunderstanding already. Secondly, the man crested the name on the dogs body to further show it was a way of fermenting trouble. Again, he sent people to kill the dog so he could deny his actions.
