But since I have been using it I noticed that only one speaker out of the two speakers.

Only the left speaker play sound whenever I am using the phone.

What I want to is that. Is it suppose to be like that or the phone has speaker problem.

@carlcaresophia, my infinix hot 4 battery doesn't last more than 12hours on 2G and like 9hours on 3G.. Is there anyways to rectify the problem because my friends using the same phone said there phone last 13hours+ on 3G and up-to 18hours on 2G

Hi @Owojuyi Which are you referring to the USB Port or Charging Cord. If it's the Cord you can simply purchase a new one from any of our Service Centres. For the Battery complaint, you'll need to replace the phone's Board [which is N21,500].

Too bad! I felt bad when I visited the Calcare yesterday and I was told same. After waiting over 30mins to get to my turn!! I felt ashamed and Sad!!
