I was taken aback by Wike's disclosure. But knowing him to be a man of many fake claims and attention seeking dramatist,i laughed.

Moreover what ethno-political ties did Wike have with Benue people in the first place, or is he operating a charity outfit/ foundation in helping other states with his state oil largesse?

I'd think Rivers state need more of his acclaimed infrastructural intervention and it will be a disservice to his people/ mandate to use their funds to deliver democratic dividends for other state while his own is begging for attention.

Even the supposedly almighty Lagos state can't contemplate such "Dasuki intervention".

Anybody that takes Wike serious is an idiot, no apologies. This is a man that abandoned the Rivers Monorail and decided instead to build a Secretariat for the NBA and an ecunemerical centre that nobody asked for. Now he's claiming he wants to construct roads in Benue! What an idiot! When Cross river, Abuja and Lagos finish with their monorail projects, the people of Rivers will have some serious wailing to do. Stupid thug of a governor.

Ortom claims to be constructing 11 roads abandoned by PDP regime, he is an idiot, was he not part of PDP useless regime? These two agbayas should stop disturbing our peace. Those of us from Rivers know the claims of constructing a road in Benue is just plain trolling, its like a subtle way of telling Ortom that Rivers is way Richer and can do projects for Benue for free.

Nigeria being an unserious society gives politicians the leverage to manifest all sorts of unseriousness and childishness. They fear no backlash, expect no backlash and ultimately get none.

Wike IMO isnt fit for a local government chairmanship but here he is as Governor, already bagged charimanship and ministerial positions. Nigerians truly are as good as the leaders they get.

Wike if your state is so super rich, why not help Abia and Imo states that are close to you in road constructions. There is no link between you and Benue state. Your friend in Imo and Abia states are owing seven months salary to the civil servants. Please do help them. Charity they say starts at home.

Actually, we dont have Wikes voice on tape. or any RVSG official statement regarding road construction in Benue. It is not ethical neither is it even logical to construct a road in a state that doesnt share common boundary, has no direct business relationship nor of the same ethnic mix. Its just plain trolling, prolly done by a third party.

If Rivers constructs a road in Benue, we will rename Benue to Rivers-Benue state.

Mr Omenka, I concur with this line of your argument, '.....I blame Ortom for creating the room to be attacked.' If Ortom had done what he is supposed to do, would he have been ridiculed? He is the chief security officer and governor of a state and his subjects are being killed daily in hundreds, yet he sits back and do nothing. Is it not annoying? Only one man was killed by Fulani herdsmen in Ekiti state and Fayose took a decisive action that shook the nation. Today no herdsman can misbehave in Ekiti state. Look at Ambode of Lagos, Obiano of Anambra, etc are doing fine and nobody attacks them. Mr Omenka, I want to tell you in clear terms that Ortom is not doing fine.
