Depends on how much time it spends in your school before JAMB pick it up from there. Mine spent almost a month just dormant in my school, but within 3 days of reaching JAMB office I had my reg number emailed to me

That's why I always say my school is for the strong, my school disregarded jamb instruction, asked us to meet the Head of institution ourself for his signature(he collected 5k from each students for DAT signature), and we were asked to submit it ourself to jamb office. After I submitted mine to jamb office, it didn't take up to a week b4 I got da email for admission letter. Ever rugged Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma

there are many government hospitals around, just walk into one and you open a file and proceed accordingly or if you know someone, you can just pay and get the certificate.
I have a doctor friend at a government hospital in palm avenue mushin Lagos and he advised that I should postpone collecting the certificate of fitness till like a week before camp, cause as at then it will still be valid. than doing it 6/7 weeks to orientation.

I did mine January submitted the form to students affairs they would be the one to take the form to head of skol who would sign and return to them then they now hand it over directly to jamb office before the pin is sent to a ur mail.my lasted for like 2months cos l followed it up if not it could lay on their table for as long as

I did mine at the school health centre and it was free of charge but my friend that did theirs at the government clinic paid like 4k-6k or less though it depends on the clinic.
