When Saraki manages to influence the emergence of the likes of a Buhari, Osinbajo, Fashola, Fayemi, Ambode, Lai Mohammed, Oyegun, Rauf Aregbesola, Ajimobi, Amosun, Oshiomhole, Mimiko (sponsored his court case that led to his reclaimed mandate), countless HOR & Senators, e.t.c .. maybe then you can compare him to Tinubu.

Though I will concede that Saraki is the most influencial politician in the SouthEast.
