Ngerians aren't plenty there because the country has strict immigration and religious laws, not because things are expensive there.

And besides the subsidy is for her citizens only not international students. Tuition is usually more expensive for foreign students.

Most schools in Saudi Arabia are free, the only reason why Nigerians are not there that much is because they mostly admit only Muslims.there are plenty of hausas studying in Saudi Arabia and also lots of yoruba Muslims studying there
