Bunch of lies grant the man bail so he can defend himself useless prosecutor,case hasn't even started he has amended 3 times,quite obvious he doesn't know what he is doing maybe the prosecutor isn't too familiar with the High court procedure rules maybe he is more comfortable with the Magistrate court system which isn't far fetched from the High Court's, by the time those abokies are cross examined you will see there is no case,no concrete evidence or cctv captures to prove their case,a good lawyer will get them off easily. Even the money they said they found on them they were still in the vicinity of the area so prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they had intent to abscond.
