now i believe in this video because i am a living testimony why? in the last ten years i have never had any reason to visit the hospital except once .now for you to live healthy you must rest,exercise and have a good diet which consist of 80% alkaline and 20% acidic food.do you know that you are not suppose to drink water while eating? water is supposef to be taken30min before eating and 45 mins after eating because it affect digestion and mind you all packaged water is dead if in doubt get some catfish fingerlings and add it to your pure water, leave it for some hour it will die because of chlorine which lead to health issues that makes us older than our age now when you run that chlorinated water on the naturehero biodisc2 it neutralise the chlorine which had being stored in the prostrate gland which makes it function well like a new one what does that implies you will live healthy without issues in old age and stand straight while others are bending due to old age
