hmm, tragic story, at work place as such, accident is inevitable but Whats needful right now is lasting solution for this young man, its common for companies to endeavour to let off liabilities dat includes staffs and contract staff especially when d company is struggling wt its balance shit or ready to play prank like politics. D question for everyone here is do you want a job, money or peace of mind?? this is d question I did like to ask everyone I come across especially youths who are in search of white collar job with the multinationals and oil company, ur answer will always shapen your destiny and tell if u deserve a peace of mind. choose your career path and job carefully. better to hv your own job and start it early. That's what happens when as a country we don't have standing occupational health, safety and welfare laws that are being enforced and companies held accountable for the health and safety of there employees. That is why Insurance is good... Coca-Cola is a multinational company that should have an insurance cover or life assurance policy for employees incase of incidents like this at the work place . He is supposed to be compensated by the company, In developed countries that is what they do . May God help Nigeria. |
