I don't think this is the case. Bamaiyi is not in their league and they don't need him to uncover the skeletons in the VP's cupboard. They will have his X files themselves.

From what I read, I didn't see where Osinbajo was accused of taking N10million, rather it was the judge (Justice Ade Alabi) handling the case in which Bamaiyi was involved when Osinbajo was Attorney General of Lagos State that was accused. Bamaiyi lawyer later apologise to the judge for lying.

bros ,how you dey now, the case was actually handled by Lagos State government because the offence was committed in Lagos and issue of the bribe if you go through the report, it was an allegation by Bamaiyis lawyer but he has apologised, Akande the VP spokesman was angered that despite the lawyer admittance that the issue of 10m are false he still went ahead to publish such fallacy in his book.
