Am not a full time graphic designer or...anything but I love to touch around photoshop, I've tutored lots of persons but am not an expert, Yesterday I did a freelance job for a media house, of which I gave a quick touch but not my best....cos it came without notice, just want to know your view on this banner

one more thing, since its a 'make up' art, u should av retouched the 'poster picture(d girl)' to make it look more 'make-up-ish'... keep it up bro.
