The matter of Biafra is not a matter of euphoric eateries or economic bonanza. It is rooted in fundamental dictates of cultural and traditional values. There is nothing in present day Nigeria that is meant for the Ndigbo. Ndigbo are wired to compete and such trait seems to rob most Nigerians in a wrong way hence the introduction of quota system, federal character, draconian use of federal largesse to support one section of country to detriment of others and brazen corruption.

@blues20

The Nigerian government may agree to one or two of these clauses but they'll never accept them all, particularly the one about giving back the oil producing communities to the South-East. Only when those communities run out of oil or oil becomes so cheap that it's a completely useless export will they do this imo.
They won't agree on none of what OP stated. Nigeria trives in injustice and yet they wonder why so many want to get away from that sinking boat.

And of course they wouldn't want to return the oil producing areas they carved from SE as that'll destroy their leeching process as well as the narrations that Igbos aren't feeding their asses.

Afterall, if we separate Akwa-ibom, the next largest oil producing territories is that igbo territories they carved from SE and attached shamelessly to River state. The worst part of it all, despite feeding immensely to the country, the lands are allowed to degrade and marginalized simply for what? They refuse to follow the narration that you must not be igbo since you are oil producing. Yet they wonder why there is a huge growing stands by igbo of all regions to get out of Nigeria.

They accuse me of trying "hard" to be "igbo" because I display more disdain for that nation than SE yet they never once bothered to ask why?
Like I see the hatred that so called "one Nigeria" has for my people. They marginalize my people's land in SE and outside of SE it is the same factor. The igbos in River scream marginalization, likewise the ones in benue, in AK and even my areas in delta state.
You have the same "one Nigeria" screaming that those of us outside of SE must hate and display disdain towards SE in other to prove we are worthy of their support and "one Nigerianess". Right in your eyes, you see people rewriting your ancestral history, blaming your ancestors for them murdering your people for no justifiable reasons as well as speaking on your behalf to berate SE in other to create more disdain and hatred within siblings and yet they would why I despise that nation with every fiber of my being and breath I breathe.

Personally OP I think there is nothing Nigeria can do to quench the Biafran movement and I highly doubt they'll do as you provided which imo I like because personally, there are several tribes I believe igbos should never share a nation with.

Exactly. This is why they spend more time trying to divide Ndigbo than actually trying to improve their country- they can't seem to get past the 'our oil' mentality and they believe that a united Igboland is a direct threat to this.
