All these legal problems wouldn't have arisen if the doctor asked a female chaperon to be in the room when he was examining the patiebt's private parts.
But why was he examining her vagina when she only had a sports-related injury? Fingering her by deceit is still considered sexual assault (or rape, depending on the jurisdiction)
And why did he send such a creepy text to her? That text could be evidence of an improper relationship with a patient.

I have watched and read your comments and although I am not qualified to judge em, I know when a respected person is losing his/her respect. It's best we stay out of some discussions even when we a fandoms to the accused, just for the sake of our merited respect.

What a pity, what a pity, what a pity! A site like Nairaland that should serve as a source of strength for Nigerians has been hijacked by bigots/traitors (god alone knows who these people truly are) and turned into a source of defeat to Nigerians. We can no longer use this forum to defend our people when they're persecuted abroad or at home, rightly or wrongly, we can only watch helplessly as the site simply abets all forms of derogatory remarks against us.

When Nigerians are killed, raped or even when we commit crimes abroad, instead of this site to act as a form of advocacy for those Nigerians, this site acts as judge against those Nigerians in favour of the foreigners . The site may as well be Stormfront or Breitbart for all the use and good it does us as Nigerians!
