Their mentality is play it to the big man upfront, the rest elites are putting the ball on the ground and using it intelligently.
For now Hazard is our star player and our play should suit his style, cos playing a big man upfront and ballooning the ball to him will totally negate the role of hazard cos he thrives with the balls at his feet.
