Apostle Paul in his letter to Timothy (I Tim 3vs1,2) says This is a true saying, if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. A bishop then must be blameless...... also speaking to the Ephesians (Eph 5vs3) "But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints" and we saw how he condemned the Corinthian that defiled his Father's wife (I Cor 5vs1 and 13).
