Can you be a kept wife?I have a friend whose husband wants her to stay home and not work but has offered to pay her current salary and still give her the usual allowance.
Will you say yes to this offer if your husband asked?

so, that he would go to work every morning and achieve his own career
and be useful to the society while his wife stays home being an idle woman.

too bad, you have an insecured man as a husband. and is also an indication that he is unfaithful. please don't mistake it for LOVE, a man who loves you will encourage you to pursue your career unless he has found out that you are the lazy and ambitionless type.

Put it in writing, hold your end of the bargain and I'll hold mine. Im sure i can find one or 2 things doing at home to occupy my time without jumping upandan in the name of holding down a 9 to 5 job. Funny enuf, if you had asked me same question 10yrs ago, I would have declined.
