I weep for this country imagin this baby in her hand, woman this is so pathetic may almighty God help you an elevate your status (amen )
Our people in power today the majority of their vote cast is from the ''poor'' masses but when they enter office this same people becomes their enemy.
98% of people that benefit from any government both federal and state level are those that did not have valid voters card.
Politics is truely a dirty game.

I heard one kogi PDP youth leader was arrested because of his comment on social media for that i rest my case here.
Good morning to my wonderful people in nairaland may we never lack in our life amen.

Before she had the baby, before she got pregnant, before she became resident in Otobo Gbame, this woman belonged somewhere. She needs to return to that somewhere. Its called survival skill!

Humans have innate recall and strive to overcome adversity and survive. If a person is faced with a situation that threatens their security and life and refuses to shift, adjust, repose and remove the threat then they are mentally, spiritually and physically demented and retarded.

Lagos State is a land of survival, you either make it or restrategize and try again. No one should die trying, unless they have lost the instinct for survival.....and in that case they are better off dead than becoming burden and a threat to the security and life of others who strive and beat the odds.

No, Govt must not intervene. If you are not strong enough to find a way out of this and survive then you are weak and unfit for the hustle of Lagos life to begin with....Get out!

This woman is completely vulnerable now and is entitled to basic care and support to nurture her young! Lagos is not supposed to be a war zone without respite and even women and children/infants are accorded special status at all times.

Now is not the time for her to practice any ninja survival skill, the govt ought to take cognisance of such vulnerable persons within its population especially those caught up in this demolition exercise and see to their care and support. That is what good governance means and entails so please get real and don't be such a pretentious dumbo!

The Land Use Act 1974 has for decades contemplated situations like this. Payment of adequate of adequate compensatory reliefs to those whose landed properties would be acquired by government for public benefits.

E get one ready-to-occupy estate-like property composed of so many beautiful apartments for Alimosho wey just dey there for many years now dey look me anytime I dey pass. It is supposed to serve purposes like this and provide temporary residential reliefs to residents.

the Land Use Act provides for the grant of adequate compensatory reliefs for persons whose properties are acquired by government. Enforcing it is the problem now

The question is , Who owns the land.?? If they are occupying the land illegal , they should go back to their hometowns , If they are the rightful owners of the land, the Lagos state government should be brought to book.

I have also told my brother who has been staying in lagos for the past 20 years to go back home since he cant make it there.
